Open your multiple page document in Acrobat
In the menu go to Document.
Scroll down and highlight Extract Pages.
Enter number of page(s) to be extracted
Choose box that is appropriate to your needs
Click OK
Choose a destination for your file(s)

If the text is in four black - in the Cyan, Meganta, Yellow, and Black channel also known as registeration black. On Web press it is hard to run small registerated black text. To fix this you can take the color out of the other three channels.
